Studio Ellis partners closely with clients to ensure their spaces become a genuine reflection of their lives and tastes. The Interior Designer will prepare presentations, mood boards, and material palettes; create and review construction drawings; and collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized. The role includes managing project documentation, tracking budgets and timelines, and communicating regularly with clients to provide updates and guide them through decisions. Site visits for measurements, installations, and styling are also part of the role, requiring strong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset. Qualifications Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional, cohesive residential layouts. Working knowledge of Architecture principles and Construction Drawings, including coordination with project teams. Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and procurement for residential projects. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong client-facing experience. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a small studio environment.
