Role Description The Junior Interior Designer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Beverly Hills, CA, with flexibility for some work from home. This role supports senior designers in developing interior concepts, space plans, and design presentations for residential, hospitality, and branded residence projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with FF&E selection and specification, preparing mood boards and material palettes, and contributing to design documentation and construction drawings. The Junior Interior Designer collaborates with project teams, vendors, and consultants, helps maintain project libraries and samples, and participates in site visits, coordination meetings, and client reviews. The role requires strong attention to detail, an eagerness to learn, and an interest in sustainability and high-end design. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate concepts into functional layouts. Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including basic understanding of detailing and coordination with project teams. Experience or training in FF&E, including furniture, finishes, fixtures, and equipment selection and specification. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and Adobe Creative Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally. Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks across projects.
