About the Position

Job Title

CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Location

Mayfield Heights, OH

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 4x10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM (Evening/Mid shift); 2 weekend on-call shifts per month (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

Perform CT imaging procedures within a radiology/cardiology setting, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images
Operate and maintain CT equipment in accordance with facility protocols and safety standards
Provide patient care and communication throughout imaging procedures
Participate in weekend on-call rotation, expected 2 shifts per month (12-hour shifts)
Complete required annual hands-on competency assessments and facility-assigned modules as applicable

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in CT technology
Active, permanent Ohio state license in hand at time of submission (compact licenses accepted for starts dated 1/1/2023 and forward)
All required certifications must be active with nothing pending
One supervisory reference (manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director) in the CT specialty required for submission
Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (up to 2 attempts permitted)
Must have no open background check cases; facility does not accept any license hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel contract experience in a CT or radiology/cardiology environment
Familiarity with large health system protocols and compliance requirements
Experience with ECG rhythm recognition in a clinical imaging setting
