Work Schedule
• 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM — $16.50/hour
• 2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM–12:30 AM — $17.50/hour
• 3rd shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 12:30 AM–8:30 AM — $18.50/hour

About the Role:
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Mail Sorters to support mail processing operations in Grand Prairie, TX. In this role, you will prepare outgoing metered mail, inspect postage and barcodes, and help maintain a safe and efficient production environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in accuracy and reliability.
Key responsibilities:
✉️ Inspect outgoing mail for correct dates, proper postage , and clear, readable barcodes before production.
⚠️ Identify and report mail errors , unreadable barcodes, and other quality concerns.
Troubleshoot and safely clear mail jams according to training and operating procedures.
Follow all safety and operational instructions.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.
✅ Qualifications:
⏰ Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to understand and follow safety and operational directions communicated in English
Availability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or different shifts with little or no advance notice.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 22 pounds , with or without reasonable accommodation.
➡️ Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend approximately 80% of the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation.
