Pay Range: $18/hr - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Operate high-volume mail processing equipment and ensure efficient mail handling.
\n
• Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
\n
• Maintain records for management reports and inventory of supplies.
\n
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries regarding mail status.
\n
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and assist with shipping and receiving tasks.
\n
• Use various office equipment, including scanners and computers, to manage mail operations.
\n
• Ensure the upkeep of mail areas, keeping them organized and well-stocked.
\n

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

\n
• Must have mail handling , mail sorting , or mail processing experience.
\n
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
\n
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
\n
• Demonstrated competency in basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
\n
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
\n
• Valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage.
\n
• Experience with image handling software and document scanning equipment.
\n
