A/B Level European Automotive Technician
Peak European | Colorado Springs, CO

About Us
At Peak European, we're Colorado Springs' premier destination for Land Rover, Range Rover, BMW, Jaguar, Audi, and European vehicle service. We're not a dealership. We're not a general repair shop. We're a tight-knit team of specialists who care deeply about the vehicles we work on and the clients who trust us with them. With over 24 years of history and a state-of-the-art facility equipped with factory-level diagnostics, we've built a reputation on precision, transparency, and an uncompromising standard of work.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced A or B Level Technician who thrives on complex European diagnostics and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. We value quality, thoroughness, and expertise.

What You'll Do
• Diagnose and repair Land Rover, Range Rover, BMW, VW, Audi, and other European platforms
• Perform advanced electrical diagnostics and module programming
• Execute everything from routine maintenance to complex engine and drivetrain repairs
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally with service advisors
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold our quality standards

What We're Looking For
• 4-5 years of hands-on European automotive experience (required)
• A or B Level technician classification
• ASE Certifications (preferred; support for additional certs provided)
• Proficiency with factory or dealer-level diagnostic tools (ISTA, ODIS, SDD, IDS, etc.)
• Land Rover / Range Rover experience is a strong plus
• A professional attitude and genuine passion for European vehicles
• Own tools required

What We Offer
• Competitive pay: $40–$58/hr based on skill level and experience
• Performance bonuses tied to quality and productivity
• Paid training and factory-level diagnostic education
• Weekends Off
• A shop culture built on respect, transparency, and craftsmanship
• PTO/Paid Holidays Off
• Health Benefits/Vision/Dental

If you're tired of high-volume shops and want to work somewhere your expertise is recognized and rewarded, Peak European is where you belong.
