What's a typical day as an Admin Assistant / Mail Processor? You'll be:

• Receiving, opening, sorting, and processing incoming physical mail and packages in a high-volume environment.
• Reviewing documents to determine appropriate virtual mailroom destinations and operating scanning equipment for electronic distribution.
• Scanning document packages (ranging from 5 to 100 pages) while verifying image quality and document completeness.
• Uploading scanned documents to SharePoint sites and accurately updating metadata fields in accordance with established procedures.
• Handling mail containing refund checks and financial instruments, determining and applying the appropriate endorsement stamp per documented guidelines.
• Identifying and rerouting misdirected mail using established routing guides, while maintaining and updating reference documentation as new scenarios arise.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have proven experience in mail processing, document intake, and routing according to established business procedures.
• Possess hands-on experience with scanning equipment and electronic document management systems (specifically SharePoint ).
• Demonstrate strong data entry skills, high metadata accuracy, and strict attention to detail when managing records and financial instruments.
• Are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting while upholding confidentiality, quality, and productivity standards.
• Are able and committed to working 100% on-site in Spring, TX .
